7月9日，市教育局召开成都市教育信息化领导小组(扩大)会议，专题研究加快推进我市“
教育”工作方案(征求意见稿)》，成都电大和市教育局各直属单位就教育信息化现状和下一步举措做了工作汇报。市教育局党组副书记、副局长姚凯同志主持会议，并从切实做好顶层设计、科学规划重大项目、加强重点领域攻关、着力完善体制机制等方面提出工作要求。市教育局党组成员、副局长王志成、左华荣、李斌，机关党委书记马海军等出席会议，成都电大、各直属单位、机关各处室负责同志参加会议。
