中新网客户端12月19日电(冷昊阳)19日，最高法举办人民法院国家赔偿和司法救助典型案例新闻发布。据介绍，2014至2018年，全国法院依法审结各类国家赔偿案件83315件，其中司法赔偿案件22954件；2015至2018年，各级法院共办理司法救助案件16.65万件，发放救助金37.47亿元，救助涉案困难群众逾30万人。
